Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your ViVANT account and select the 'Return Item' button next to your recent order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
